Asian Paints Decoprime wall Primer is a solvent based compound. This means that it can be diluted using water during the time of application. Its unique composition helps it adhere to water based wall finishes like distempers and plastic emulsions. The Wall Primer also provides a suitable surface for coats of other compounds as well as the final coat of paint.
