This Dr. Fixit water proofing is ideal for use of surface protection in warehouses commercial buildings metal tanks factories water tanks exterior walls of buildings computer server rooms electrical control panel rooms computer server rooms cold storages industrial and godown shades with GI panel rooms etc.
The coating is highly effective in reducing heat conductivity of heat from the exterior to interior and lowers inside temperature by up to 5 degree C. It doesn't require any dilution and can be easily applied using a brush or a roller. The coating doesn't require too much of maintenance as it is resistant to algae and fungus. It offers 83.8% solar reflectance (ASTM E-903) re-radiates heat back to the atmosphere. Resistance to UV and IR emission ensures protection of the coating from damage and minimises heat conductivity.
