Dr. Fixit Roofseal Model: 148 is a tough flexible waterproof coating which is suitable for use on roofs. It is a seamless elastomeric coating. The coating can be applied quickly and can therefore save time and labor costs. It can be easily applied. It is prepared from high-quality cement properly selected and graded inert aggregates additives and proprietary waterproofing active chemicals.
This coating is used as a chemically active waterproofing treatment for concrete. It can be mixed with water and applied as a brush coat on concrete. It easily penetrates deep within the concrete's capillaries and protects it from the permeability of water. Before applying you need to prepare the surface properly by cleaning the surface well to remove all contaminants. Remove all the imperfections from the surface and repair the polymer-modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Roofseal. It is ideal for use in residential as well as commercial properties.
