The Bulb Will Not Lite Up If Light Is Switched Off. But If Suppose The Light Is Switched On And Electricity Goes Off Then Immediately There Is A Slight Flicker And The Bulb Will Continue To Glow.. The Flicker Happens To Indicate That The Bulb Is Now In Inverter Mode.
