Using a Micropipette, Add 10ml of Whole Blood or 5ul of Serum Sample Directly Into the Rectangular Specimen well (Marked With Red Drop) of the Cassette 3. Add 3 Full Drops of Buffer Into the Square Buffer Well of the Cassette (Do Not Move the Cassette After Addition of Buffer) 4. Let the Cassette Sit for 10 min & Read Your Results Immediately, Results May Deteriorate After the 10 min Mark
