Dr Fixit Super Latex is mainly based on Styrene butadiene latex. This is utilized in high in high performance applications mainly in repairs and waterproofing. This is preferred in applications like spalled concrete like slabs chhajjas beams columns floors and water proofing applications for terrace bathrooms and toilets. This has the ability to bond strongly for both old and new plasters and concrete. This can be used as -

Bond coat between plaster to plaster plaster to concrete masonry concrete to concrete plaster to stone work. This can also be used while plastering on brick masonry. This is also used as mortar and bonding coat for panels and tiles for special finishing in underlays like in case of chemical resistant floors this can be used as top rendering.
When it comes to water proofing applications this can be utilized in small roof terraces chajjas lift pits bathrooms and toilets sunken portions stare cases and balconies. This is also effective in waterproofing of walk ways car deck and effluent and liquid tanks.
As a crack repair this can be used in plaster cracks which are more than 5 mm and also between RCC members and masonry.
When it comes to its uses as rebar coating it is used to prevent corrosion on rabars.
In case of fixing and re-fixing of marble bedding stones tiles slip bricks this is used as cladding agent
