It has 1 ptc , 2 fuses and diode clamp. It can protect some ranges with ac overload but not in all. You have to be careful when measuring. It's not a Fluke.

does meco digital trms multimeter 108b+ have probes along with the equipment?

Yes, but at 1st they delivered without probe then I asked a replacement. They provide replacement with a brand new with the probe.
