Great electric cooker

This is a superb product - would highly recommend. the cooker is very easy to use and the rice is cooked perfectly every time.

This product is ok, but not great.

I bought this cooker as a gift for my husband, and i am not the most experienced cook. the first time we used it, it didnt work. the next time we tried to turn it on, it wouldnt turn on. we tried different outlets, different cords, and different batteries.
