Good product

Package received in good condition and before schedule. Thank you. Package was well-packed but the seal was broken inside. Torn company packing and the machine has some scratches on it. The machine was working fine, If DeWalt could provide the combined parallel and circle cutter guide, as shown in the users' manual, it would have been complete package.

Worked fine

Really pleased with the jigsaw - the only downside was the fact that it was fitted with a European (2pin) plug so testing it when it first arrived was a bit of a challenge. it worked fine so we have removed the 2pin plug and replaced it with a uk plug. presumably this will invalidate the guarantee but fingers crossed that wont be an issue. its working fine currently and cuts cleanly - its also a fair bit quieter in use than my previous jigsaws.

Jigsaw is awesome

This jigsaw is awesome! I have yet to find a tool from dewalt that ive been unhappy with and this one is no different! as a matter of fact, its one of the best. The dewalt 6.5 amp top handle jigsaw is the perfect weight for making cuts. its not too heavy that you cant maneuver it how you need to and its not so light that it bounces around or feels like a plastic piece of crap. the weight seems to hold it down without pushing so that you can focus only on the direction of your cut.
