Best ceiling fan for power consumption

I was looking for a good ceiling fan to install in my house and came across havells. i read some reviews online and decided to give it a try.

Havells is below average

The havells ceiling fan is not great. the speed is only 400 rpm and its quite noisy. i wouldnt recommend it.
