The hawkins contura black xt 5 litre pressure cooker is a decent product but it has a few flaws. the first thing i noticed was that the gasket is a bit thin and doesnt seem very durable. the second issue is that the pressure regulator is a bit flimsy and doesnt seem like it would last very long.
