I bought this jigsaw after doing a lot of research and i have to say that i am very happy with it.

I am very happy with my purchase of the kpt shakti jigsaw. it has a cutting capacity of 6 mm in steel, which is just what i needed. it cuts through material very easily and smoothly.

The Jigsaw has three speed settings. Further, like most other power tools, the speed is also controlled by the pressure on the ON switch. The Jigsaw works well. It is well worth the price. My only concern is that it operates faster than my expectations, even at the slowest of settings; Thereby giving me less control over cutting angular or curved cuts.
