Vibration When Unbalanced..

If tubes are not balanced properly it vibrates noticeably. Always load even numbers of tubes on opposite sides.

Excellent Auto Stop!!

Rotor stops smoothly at end of cycle. No jerky braking. Samples settle properly before you even open the lid.

Hamaari diagnostic lab mein roz 60-70 samples process hote hain. 7 mahine se bina kisi breakdown ke chal raha hai yeh.

Delivery Delay..

Took 10 days to arrive. Lab had to delay sample processing during the wait. Medical equipment needs faster shipping.

Display Small..

Speed display numbers are too small to read from across the bench. Need to walk up close to check the set speed.

Speed control knob feels slightly loose after 4 months of use. Still works fine but does not feel as firm as initially.
