Sturdy Product

The request for exchange of Dustbin delivered with broken lid was accepted and new bin was delivered within reasonable time. The customer care was very responsive and helpful. We have used and are using Nilkamal bins and have found them to be very good. However, the bin lid holder fixed on two sides come off quickly and need to be fixed. A thin CPVC pipe with CPVC End Caps on both sides after pipe is passed through the hollow lid holder fixes the problem. Nilkamal should look into and find some permanent solution.
