Dripping Issue..

Started dripping from the spout after 3 months even when fully closed. Plumber tightened the cartridge but issue returned.

Awesome Finish!!

2 months in and chrome is still spotless. Wipes clean easily even with hard water stains. Looks new every time I clean it.

Superb Design

Center hole fitting means no drilling needed in our existing basin. Dropped right in and plumber said installation was clean.

Solid Build!!

Lever action is firm but smooth. Does not feel loose or wobbly at all. Stays exactly where you set it without drifting.

Hot and cold water mixing is very responsive. Temperature settles instantly with no lag. Much better than our old two-tap.

Flow rate is strong and consistent. Aerator gives a smooth non-splashing stream which is perfect for a washbasin.

Quality is good but felt slightly overpriced for a single basin mixer. Similar finish available at lower price from other brands.

Put this in our guest bathroom. Visitors always mention how good the tap looks and feels. Adds a premium touch easily.

Average Lever..

Lever movement feels a bit stiff, especially for temperature adjustment. Takes effort for older family members to operate.

Chrome finish started showing dull patches near the base after 4 months. Expected better durability from a brass product.

Water seeps from the base joint where the mixer meets the basin. Plumber said the seating washer quality could be better.
