Capillaries load karna simple hai. Standard size tubes fit without any issue - no adjustments needed at all.

Called Remi support with a question. They called back same day and answered properly. Good after-sales experience.

Good for Daily Use..

Running it every working day for blood PCV tests. 8 months in and it still works the same as day one.

Small footprint, fits on a crowded bench easily. Lid locks firmly and new staff can figure it out on day one.

Not too loud. You can talk normally next to it while it is running which is good in a small lab space.

Runs without any table shaking even at full speed. Keep it on any stable surface and it stays put throughout.

Delivery Too Slow..

Took 11 days to arrive. Lab had to delay patient work during the wait. Medical equipment should ship faster.

Worth It!!

Hamaari busy lab mein roz 40-50 PCV tests hote hain. 6 mahine ho gaye, machine ne ek baar bhi problem nahi ki.

Good Rotor..

Holds 24 capillaries per run. For a busy lab this means fewer batches to run through the day - saves real time.

Display Hard to Read..

Timer numbers are small and not very bright. Difficult to read from a distance under bright lab tube lights.

Excellent Auto Stop!!

Rotor stops precisely at the end of the set time every single cycle. Results are reproducible because of this clean stop.

Manual Needs Work..

Instruction booklet is too basic. Does not say anything about cleaning or maintenance schedule. Had to call Remi for that.

Timer is accurate. Auto-stop works every time - staff load the machine and get on with other work while it runs.

Nice Safety..

Lid will not open while spinning. Simple safety feature but very important when new or young staff are operating it.

6 din hafte kaam karta hai hamaara lab. Machine ne kabhi bhi unexpectedly band nahi ki. Solid performance hai.

Medical college lab mein use karte hain. Students easily figure out how to use it and it handles rough student use well.

Vibration at Full Speed..

If capillaries are loaded unevenly it shakes a bit. Always balance opposite sides equally before closing the lid.

Seal Capillaries Properly..

One run had a mess because capillary was not sealed properly. Not the machine's fault but a word of caution for new users.
