Research lab mein sample drying, glassware sterilization sab isi oven se karte hain. Ek kaam bhi iska miss nahi hua.

Door opens and closes smoothly. Hinges feel strong - no signs of sagging even after months of opening many times daily.

Door closes tight with no heat leaking from the edges. Body feels solid - not the thin sheet metal type at all.

Timer Knob Stiff..

Hard to set the timer to an exact minute. Knob is stiff and jumps between positions - annoying for short precise cycles.

28 litre hamare microbiology lab ke liye sahi size hai. Ek batch mein kaafi glassware aa jaata hai andar.

Good Shelves..

Shelves pull out easily for cleaning. Aluminium surface wipes clean quickly after any spills during loading or unloading.

Awesome Temp Accuracy!!

Set it to 160 degrees and verified with a calibrated probe - actual temp was 161. That is accurate enough for our work.

Door Latch Problem..

Ek baar door latch tight ho gaya tha. Zyada force nahi lagaani chahiye - hinge damage ho sakta hai agar regular ho yeh.

Good for Microbiology..

Runs the standard 160 for 1 hour sterilization cycle without any temperature drift during the full cycle duration.

Good Capacity..

Comfortably fits Petri dishes, test tubes and small flasks together in one go. No need to run two separate batches.

Temp Difference Top-Bottom..

At 180 degrees the top shelf runs about 5 degrees hotter than the bottom. Fine for most work but worth knowing.

Timer auto shut-off hai - set karo aur chale jao. Oven khud band ho jaata hai. Lab workflow mein bahut help karta hai.

Worth Buying!!

Tried other brands at same price before this. SSU gives better temperature hold for same wattage and capacity combination.

Slow to Cool Down..

No fan for cooling. After a run you wait a long time before safely opening it. Slows down the lab when busy.

Ran same sterilization cycle three days in a row. Temperature profile matched every time. Reliable for routine lab work.

Inner chamber heats evenly top to bottom. Placed indicator strips on all shelves - all showed same exposure result.

Manual Not Complete..

Manual does not explain how to calibrate or verify the temperature. Had to call SSU support for basic calibration steps.
