Gifted to my mother for her balcony garden. She says it has made watering 10 plants so much easier and faster daily.

Auto retract pulls the hose back cleanly every time. No kinking or jamming even after 3 months of daily garden use.

Retract Stiff..

Retract mechanism became slightly stiff after 2 months. Needs a gentle pull to engage the auto-return function.

One of the pattern settings has a slight drip when switched to. Other patterns fine, but one position leaks continuously.

Short Length..

10m feels short for larger terrace gardens. Need to stay close to the tap point - not ideal for bigger spaces.

Connector Weak..

Tap connector fitting felt slightly loose on our standard tap thread. Required extra wrapping to prevent water seeping.

Good for Terrace..

10m length adequate for standard terrace and balcony gardens. Reaches all plant sections from one water connection point.

Good Pressure..

Maintains good water pressure at the nozzle even on the jet setting. No noticeable pressure drop across the 10m length.
