This anti-algal emulsion requires thorough surface preparation—including washing and scrubbing to remove algae and moss—followed by a self-priming coat and two topcoats thinned for brushable application. Do not apply on bituminous, asphalt, glossy, or previously solvent-coated surfaces without proper prep. With a viscosity of 1000 CP at 30°C and a long 36-month shelf life, this 10L floor coat ensures lasting protection and rich colour retention for porous cement and brick substrates.
