6 months daily operation, PTZ motor still smooth, no grinding or skipping. Build quality is holding up well under regular use.

Worth It!!

Office perimeter coverage with one PTZ vs multiple fixed cameras - cost and installation effort both come down significantly.

Storage Cost..

Cloud storage subscription adds to monthly cost. Local SD card storage works but app access to recordings feels slower.

Good Quality..

25MP footage is extremely detailed. Zoomed in on a face from 15 meters away in playback and features were clearly visible.

Dome housing feels solid and weatherproof. Mounted outdoors 4 months ago through rain and heat - no issues with the unit.

WiFi Range Weak..

Camera struggles beyond 15 meters from the router outdoors. Walls and distance affect signal - a WiFi extender was needed.

Excellent Coverage!!

Set 4 preset tour positions covering the full property. Camera auto-rotates through them every 30 seconds on its own. Smart.

Nice Siren..

Two-way audio and siren together make this a proper interactive security camera. Spoke to a delivery person through it last week.

Excellent PTZ!!

360 degree pan and full tilt from the app is very smooth. No lag between app command and camera movement. Impressive response.

Good Motion Track..

Auto-tracking follows a person moving across the frame. Works well in open areas - saved a full recording of a suspicious visitor.

Worth Buying!!

Shop owner using it for full store coverage. Pan and zoom lets me check every corner from my phone without multiple cameras.

Awesome Zoom!!

Digital zoom on 25MP holds clarity well even at 4x. Still usable footage - most cameras fall apart at even 2x. Impressive.

Best Outdoor Cam!!

Replaced a fixed camera that missed the sides of our driveway. PTZ now covers the full width with one unit. Problem solved.

Good App Control..

PTZ control joystick in the app is intuitive. Preset positions let you jump to specific angles with one tap - very practical.

Day Glare..

In direct afternoon sun facing west, image is washed out for 2-3 hours daily. WDR helps but does not fully solve the glare.

Best Dome Cam!!

PTZ means one camera covers our entire warehouse entrance area. Replaced 3 fixed cameras and covers more ground. Smart upgrade.

Nice Two-Way..

Audio quality on two-way communication is clear at both ends. No echo, no delay. Useful for instructing delivery staff remotely.

Setup Complex..

PTZ preset setup and auto-tour configuration took an hour to figure out. Manual is not detailed enough for non-technical users.

Superb Night Mode

Color night vision with dual light is exceptional. Footage at night is almost as clear as daytime. Intruder identification is easy.

Excellent Alert!!

Motion alert arrives before the person even reaches the door. Detection zone sensitivity is well-calibrated out of the box.
