This is a good product and i enjoy using it. the video is great and the image is clear. the only drawback is that if you have it connected to the internet, you have to keep your phone connected to your wifi so you can get notifications. if your phone is not connected to wifi, you will not get the notifications about who is at the door. so i had to keep my phone on wifi all the time.

I needed something to let me see who was at my door and to speak with them without having to be there to open the door. this does just that. i can see and hear who is there and open the door from my phone. i can also speak with my visitors without opening the door.

I just got a hikvision ds-kis202 7 inch grey and white upgraded video door phone and it is a great product. the resolution is great and it has a good sound. i like that it has a rechargeable battery built in and the removable sd card. i also like how the door phone looks. it has a nice sleek design and the buttons are easy to press.
