Company is fooling us

I received and checked, what i found is this company playing and fooling us with numbers. i ordered 4 sq mm wire the weight of 90 meter wire roll is 3.1 kg (with out box). Coming to technicals the kalinga gold copper conductor wire thickness is very very less compared it with a local brand 4 sq mm wire but it got very thich shield dia to size to 4 sq mm. Even i tested peak current breakdown test with a small piece with other brand wires, it failed for me.
