Field of View Limited..

Field of view at 4x feels slightly limited compared to wider field eyepiece microscopes we used in our previous institution.

Good LED Illumination..

LED illumination is good - consistent brightness, instant on, no warmup wait. Switch on and start viewing immediately.

Good Mechanical Stage..

Good stage movement - smooth and precise. Scanning slides systematically without any jerking. Essential for lab work daily.

Awesome Binocular View!!

Binocular eyepieces are awesome for extended sessions. Eye strain reduced significantly - pathologists appreciate this most.

Good After-Sales Support..

Labomed support responded same day to technical query - good after-sales experience. Equipment and support both excellent.

Excellent for Research!!

PhD research on tissue samples - excellent image quality at all magnifications from 4x through to 100x oil immersion objective.

Best for Pathology!!

Best microscope for routine diagnostic lab work in this price range. Blood smears, urine, sputum - all clearly visible.

Excellent Parasitology!!

Malaria parasite identification at 100x oil - excellent. RBCs and parasites clearly differentiated. Optics handle immersion well.

Durable Build..

8 months daily lab use - durable construction holding up very well. No alignment drift, optics still sharp and parfocal.

Purane microscope se switch kiya - excellent difference. Achromatic objectives se slides bilkul sharp aur distortion-free hain.

LED Not Dimmable..

LED intensity not adjustable beyond on/off. For photomicrography work a rheostat controlled illumination would be much better.

100x Needs Good Oil..

100x oil immersion best results with proper branded immersion oil. Generic oil gave hazy images - small detail that matters.

Better than Cheaper Brands!!

Better optics than cheaper microscopes we compared. The achromatic objectives make a clearly visible difference in image quality.

Awesome Consistency!!

Awesome consistent performance for 8 months - image quality same as day one. LED brightness unchanged, all objectives parfocal.

Good Overall Choice!!

Minor issues on LED control and manual detail but overall an excellent microscope for the price. Highly recommend for labs.

Nice Fine Focus!!

Fine focus knob is nice and smooth. Finding exact focal plane is quick and easy - better than pricier scopes we have used.

Manual Needs Detail..

Cleaning instructions in the manual are too basic. Proper objective cleaning procedure not covered - had to call Labomed support.

Coarse Focus Stiff Initially..

Coarse focus was stiff when new. Loosened after 2-3 weeks daily use - smooth now but initial stiffness was slightly annoying.
