Product is good but the process and info on timelines for delivery is bad & missing the dead lines
There should be clear info as when the product wl be delivered if purchased as given in Amazon. The time lines will be provided after 48 hrs of booking & those deadlines are also not maintained. Even the care & help line service is far below the acceptable levels and practically we do not get any help and resolution.
