Like if you have placed an order for safety shoes and the size does not fit you correctly or you have ordered a room heater and it has been found defective or in poor quality. You can easily request a return/exchange for that item on Moglix. We take care of our customer’s needs and believe in providing the best services at Moglix. However, it is in the best interest to understand the return/replacement policy before raising a return/replacement request on Moglix.
To easily Replace/Return/Exchange request follow the below-mentioned steps.
1. Go to your orders. Select the product you want to exchange/return.
2. You will see the return option on that page, click on that.
3. In return action, you will see two options in the drop-down, one of exchange and the other of return. Select the option as per your requirement.
4. Choose your reason from the given options while placing a return or exchange request.
5. Select the quantity of the product you have bought.
6. You can also mention added comments if required.
7. You also get an option to share the product images. You can share 2-4 images of the product.
8. After that click on submit and your exchange or return request has been placed.

Guidelines for Return/Exchange.
1. For Products purchased on Moglix, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall raise a Return/Exchange request within 7 days of product delivery. In case the product is damaged or the wrong item has been sent, raise the request within 48 hours of product Delivery.
2. Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
3. Customer must share photographs (Exterior image of the box from all sides, Interior image with packaging, damaged product image, the image of the shipping label) with the Customer care team in case of damaged or wrong product (Videography will be highly appreciated) within 48 hours of delivery.
4. In the case of Industrial goods, the return will be accepted only in case of the wrong, defective, damaged product.
5. In the Case of Faulty electronics products, customers need to contact the nearest service center for repair/ replacement.
6. All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies, and accessories including keys, straps, and locks intact.
7. Moglix shall endeavor to process the customer refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.
